Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No MOQ for stock items — one probe is fine. Custom assemblies start at 50 pieces.

Can you calibrate to my range?
Yes. Tell us the points you need (for example 0 / 100 / 200 °C) and we calibrate and label each unit to that range at no charge for orders above 10 pieces.

How long is production?
Stock items ship in 48 hours. Custom lengths and threads take 5–7 working days. Large OEM orders are scheduled per contract.

What shipping terms do you offer?
EXW, FOB Shenzhen and DDP are all available. DHL and FedEx express normally take 3–6 working days door to door.

Do you provide certificates?
Every order includes a calibration certificate and material traceability. 3-A, ATEX and IECEx documents are available on request.

Can you put our brand on the product?
Yes — laser marking, custom labels and retail packaging are available from 100 pieces.
