Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No MOQ for stock items — one probe is fine. Custom lengths, threads and connectors start at 50 pieces.
Can you calibrate to my temperature range?
Yes. Tell us the points you need (0 / 100 / 200 °C, for example) and we calibrate and label each unit to that range — free above 10 pieces.
How fast can you ship?
Stock items leave our warehouse within 48 hours. Custom probes take 5–7 working days. DHL / FedEx express is 3–6 working days door to door.
Do you provide certificates and drawings?
Every order includes a 3-point calibration certificate and material traceability. 2D/3D drawings and 3-A / ATEX documents are available on request.
