Lead time
In-stock items leave our Shenzhen warehouse within 48 hours. Made-to-order probes take 5–7 working days.

Shipping
DHL and FedEx express, 3–6 working days worldwide. Free shipping on orders over $200. Duties and taxes are the receiver’s responsibility unless DDP is agreed in writing.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel is picked up. You can also see it in your order confirmation page.

Returns
Standard catalogue items can be returned within 30 days in original condition, unused. Custom-configured probes are non-returnable unless faulty. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for any damage in transit — we ship replacements immediately.
